Don't pay for Norton or Kaspersky. Start using a free anti-virus that does a terrific job. It's called Microsoft Security Essentials. The anti-virus product is unique because not only will it detect and remove viruses but it also combats ad-ware and spyware more effectively than others. It was oridinally named Windows Defender and was used just to prevent adware and spyware. If your still running windows defender or a expired antivirus give this free software a try (Be sure to remove your old antivirus product and restart your computer prior to installing Security Essentials).
